Eevee’s Next Evolution – Steel Type?

Eevee’s Next Evolution – Steel Type?

This week The Pokemon Company introduced new Sun and Moon version exclusive Pokemon along with new Z moves for Pikachu and Eevee.

Eevee’s new Z move is particularly interesting because it is a move that is connected to his evolutions. During the video clip , when  Eevee is surrounding himself with Z power, 9 colored balls appear to left side of him [ Image below].
Naturally we see the colors of Eevee’s current evolutions: red, yellow, green, blue, light blue, purple, pink and dark grey (almost black). We can naturally assume that they represent Flareon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Vaporeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Sylveon and Umbreon.

However there appears to be a 9th color, a whitish grey color that gives off the color of a steel type Pokemon. However, during Eevee’s Z move, only eight Pokemon appear. There could be three explanations.
The Pokemon Company could be holding off current information on Eevee’s new evolution. Eevee’s new steel evolution just might not be included in his new Z move. Or there is no new evolution for Eevee this generation.
It would not be rare for Game freak to not introduce a new Eevee evolution in a new game. Generation three and five of the games did not include a new Eevee Pokemon. Let us know what you think.

Google Maps now has a ‘Catching Pokémon’ feature in Timeline

Google Maps now has a ‘Catching Pokémon’ feature in Timeline

To access this feature, open up the menu in Google Maps and head to ‘Your timeline’. If you haven’t used Timeline until now, you’ll have to activate this feature before you can start tracking your Pokemon GO adventures.

Once you’ve done that, Timeline will start automatically tracking where you go to give you an overview of your daily movement. But more importantly, you’ll also have the option to modify how you’ve traveled from one point to another.

This is where you can indicate you’ve covered a certain distance while catching a certain Pokemon.  To log or modify an event, open the activity details and click the edit button; this will let you choose between a number of activities, including the catching Pokemon feature.

This feature shall allow you to track where you met a certain nest or use that alternative tracking/triangulating method for sightings to catch Pokemon.

Will you be using this feature? Let us know in the comment section!

Three new incense types are coming to Pokemon Go

The 3 Incense types we are looking at today are going to be arriving after trading is released as the concept has already been worked on.
cokuspokus on reddit has found the new details in the source code hidden in the new updated app. They also found scripts that point at the ability to trade items and Pokemon – it seems Pokemon Go has a bright future ahead. Now users have found hints at new Incense types to lure certain types of Pokemon.

Item_incense_spicy for attracting Fire (and Electric?) Pokemon

Item_incense_cool for attracting Water and Ice Pokemon

Item_incense_floral for attracting Grass and Bug Pokemon

Read original Reddit post here

With specific incense to use for luring Pokemon, it will make it easier for us to find exactly which Pokemon we want on our team. I myself, specifically wanted to be a Dragon only trainer however I will have to wait for this when Gen 2 is released.

Thank you Guys for reading this post. What you think about this new feature. Please comment below.

Latest PokeVision Alternatives Revealed; But Will Niantic Ban You For Using Them?

Capturing Pokemon could be quite backbreaking, especially bearing the developer's terms of service in mind. While Niantic continues to lay down its ban hammer on "Pokemon Go" players found using any sort of third party apps to level up in the game, quite a few gamers are still looking for something similar to PokeVision and completely opting to ignore the risk of getting banned.

Niantic Labs implemented bans in bid to curb cheating in the game, making it extremely difficult for players to resort to the third party apps. However, a few stubborn players have refused to quit using these apps.

Why Do Players Resort To Third-Party Apps?

Niantic's "Pokemon Go" is not spared from flaws. Players eventually exhaust every way to make game easier for them; in this case, it is all about getting their hands on the Pokemon characters, Morning News USA reported.

Niantic does not approve of the aforementioned third-party apps and continues to implement bans to those violating their terms of services. Much to the dismay of avid gamers, PokeVision was also taken out of the mix, but not everyone seems to take heed of this.

Fret not! A slew of other apps replacing the banned PokeVision have been cropping up:

PokeEye

One such app is PokeEye. The app boasts a scanner for use with maps where players don't really need to be physically present to find the mystical creatures. The app comes with a timer that shows how long a Pokemon will be in a particular location.

PokeVS

Another notable alternative is PokeVS. It features a scanner identical to PokeVision. Players need to visit their website i.e. pokevs.com to get help. It is important to bear in mind that PokeVS does not offer filters, but there are several Ratata to be found, SlashGear reported.

PokeFast

As the name suggests, this app helps scan Pokemon fast. It does this by simply searching the area on a certain location and returns the number of recognized Pokemon based on the PokeDex ID.

FastPokeMap

The team behind FastPokeMap is gearing up to debut a quick-scanning model that offers a comparatively wider range of alternatives. The folks behind FastPokeMap are currently hard at work at this as several players scan at all hours of the day and night. Owing to this, some regions garner less luck in scanning than others.

Again, players should bear in mind that Niantic does not approve of these third party apps. While some may get away using these alternatives, Niantic is likely to pin them down eventually and reward them with a game ban.
